Preparation & Cleaning Before Use

As this is a natural product, we recommend preparing cork bark before use in your enclosure.

• Inspect each piece before use
• Brush away any loose dust or debris
• Either bake at a low temperature or soak in hot water
• Allow to dry fully before use
• Ensure the cork is completely cool and dry before placing into the enclosure

This helps remove loose debris while preparing the cork for safe use with reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.
