Delivery & International Shipping
UK Shipping Information
We aim to make delivery as simple and reliable as possible for all UK customers.
Most products on our website are stocked and dispatched directly by us from Living Art Ball Pythons and are sent using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, EVRi, or DPD depending on parcel size, weight and service required.
Please note that some products are dispatched directly from trusted suppliers or manufacturers. Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple parcels and separate delivery charges may apply depending on the products ordered.
Supplier Direct Dispatch Products
Some larger, specialist, bulk or frozen products are shipped directly from our suppliers to ensure the safest and fastest delivery possible.

- 33L Ball Python Setup Kits
- 100L Bulk Sacks of Herp Chip
- 100L Bulk Sacks of Herp Husk
- 100L Bulk Sacks of Herp Mini Chip

- Selected substrate bundles and multi-buy packs
These products may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Frozen Rodent Delivery
Frozen rodents are shipped directly from our supplier using specialist frozen courier services to maintain product quality and ensure safe frozen delivery.
Frozen rodent orders are charged at a flat rate of £15 delivery per order.
To ensure your frozen rodents arrive safely frozen, there is a minimum frozen rodent order value of £50 (excluding delivery).
Orders below this value may not remain fully frozen during transit due to reduced box volume and dry ice limitations, and we therefore cannot guarantee frozen arrival on smaller orders.
Please note that frozen rodents are always shipped separately from standard reptile supplies and will arrive as a separate parcel.
Free Delivery Products
We offer free UK delivery on selected larger products and bundles, including:

- Herp Chip Bundles
- Herp Husk Bundles
- Herp Mini Chip Bundles
Bundle options include:
- 3 x 4.5kg substrate blocks
- 3 x 25L substrate bags
- 3 x 10L substrate bags
These products are shipped directly from our supplier and include free UK delivery.
Multiple Deliveries
If your order contains both stocked items and supplier-direct items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
For example, if you order feeding tongs, substrate and frozen rodents together, your feeding tongs and standard reptile supplies may be dispatched by us, while your frozen rodents will be sent separately from our supplier.
This means separate delivery charges may apply depending on the products ordered.

USA & International Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer international shipping to the USA and selected European countries on a wide range of reptile supplies and accessories.
Many smaller items such as feeding tools, hooks, tongs, décor, accessories and general reptile supplies can be shipped internationally without issue.
Please note that international shipping is limited by parcel size, weight and courier restrictions, so not all products on our website are eligible for international delivery.
USA Shipping Rates
We currently offer USA shipping with the following weight limits:
- Orders up to 2kg – £37 shipping
- Orders between 2kg and 5kg – £70 shipping
The maximum total order weight for USA shipping is 5kg.
Orders over 5kg will not qualify for international shipping and shipping options may not appear at checkout.
Europe Shipping
We also offer shipping to selected European countries.
European shipping is also limited to a maximum total order weight of 5kg, and the same product restrictions apply as with USA shipping.
Shipping prices for Europe vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
We are currently updating some European shipping rates, so prices may vary by location.
Products Not Eligible for International Shipping
The following products cannot be shipped to the USA or Europe:
- Entire Frozen Rodents category
- All Incubators
- 12L Ball Python Setup Kits
- 33L Ball Python Setup Kits
- 100L Herp Chip
- 100L Herp Husk
- 100L Herp Mini Chip
- 60L Orchid Bark Bulk Sacks
- Any product weighing over 5kg
- Large/heavy substrates such as 10kg and 20kg bedding products
- Most liquid cleaning products and liquid disinfectants
- Oversized or specialist courier-only items
These restrictions are due to courier limitations, shipping safety requirements and international customs regulations.
Mixed Orders & Checkout Issues
If your basket contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, international shipping options may not appear at checkout.
For example, if you order feeding tongs alongside a heavy bulk substrate or frozen rodents, the system may block international shipping for the full order.
In many cases, removing the restricted item(s) from your basket will allow shipping options to appear.
