This versatile bark substrate is perfect for recreating natural environments, particularly for species that require higher humidity levels. When misted regularly, the bark retains moisture and helps maintain stable humidity within the enclosure.

Orchid bark can also be used dry for more arid setups, and can be mixed with other substrates such as soil, sand or coir to create more natural and varied enclosure conditions.

Directions for Use

Spread substrate evenly across the enclosure base, ensuring a depth of approximately 2″ (5cm). Avoid overfilling when using underfloor heating. Spot clean regularly and replace as required.
