This carefully formulated blend of soil, sand and grit closely mimics the textures found in a bearded dragon’s natural habitat, providing a more suitable and enriching substrate compared to standard options.

The varied particle sizes encourage natural digging and burrowing behaviours, helping to support both physical and mental stimulation within the enclosure.

When lightly misted, the substrate retains moisture in specific areas, allowing for the creation of natural humid spots similar to those found in burrows or hides. These areas can be beneficial during shedding and for maintaining hydration.

Directions for Use
Spread substrate evenly across the enclosure base to a depth of approximately 2–3″ (5–7.5cm). Avoid overfilling when using underfloor heating. Spot clean regularly and replace as required.
